We’re looking for a dynamic HVAC Service Manager with a strong background in leadership, driving KPIs, and revenue growth to help lead our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and empower a team of HVAC technicians. Cultivate a high-performance culture built on accountability, excellence, and collaboration.

• KPI & Revenue Focus: Own the department’s key performance indicators. Develop strategies to increase job efficiency, customer retention, and division-wide revenue.

• Operational Efficiency: Partner across departments to streamline workflows, enhance customer experiences, and drive cost-effective operations.

• Technical Guidance: Provide support and mentorship on technical HVAC systems, staying current with industry innovations and service standards.

• Customer-Centric Service: Champion customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality, resolving concerns quickly, and fostering long-term relationships.

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop HVAC talent. Promote ongoing skill-building and career growth across the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience building, leading and motivating teams

• Strong track record of leadership and achieving business KPIs

• Technical expertise in HVAC systems and industry best practices a plus

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

• Results-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
