We’re growing — and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Plumbing Excavator to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair sewer systems up to 7 feet and deeper

• Safely excavate around buried utilities, traffic, buildings, overhead wires, and tight spaces

• Operate equipment such as Backhoe, Mini Track hoe, Track skid steer, and more for digging, grading, compacting

• Install and service various plumbing systems and fixtures

• Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper jobsite procedures

• Communicate effectively with plumbers, drivers, crew, supervisors, and laborers

• Complete necessary paperwork and assist with other duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience with excavation background

• Proficient in sewer repair and shoring equipment usage

• Skilled in safe excavation practices in challenging environments

• Ability to read tape measures and follow written/verbal directions

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and professional customer interaction

• Able to pull trailers and transport equipment as needed

• Passionate about high-quality work, safety, and exceeding homeowner expectations

Preferred Experience:

• Trenchless sewer repair

• Safety, compliance, and environmental awareness

• Equipment maintenance and organization

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000
