What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Residential Service Trades Manager to lead and develop a team of skilled service professionals. As a cornerstone of our operations, this role will ensure we continue providing homeowners with outstanding service while driving team success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Leadership Excellence: Lead a team of technicians and set the example that they will want to emulate. Hold yourself accountable to goals and key performance indicators and do the same for every single member of your team.

•  Customer-Focused: Always focus on customer satisfaction and ensure that we are continually exceeding expectations every time we enter a home. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team.

•  Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.

• Operational Optimization: Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Work cross-functionally with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in growing teams and driving revenue.

• Technical background in the trades preferred but not required.

• A passion for mentoring, coaching, and driving team success.

• Proven ability to achieve business goals and maintain high standards.

• Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and decisive.

Compensation: $80-$120K
